Downloaded a trial. It did not fix my registry and freezing issues. I received an e-mail (while I was away from my PC for 3 days) that this program would be automatically renewed for $59.90 on 9/24/16. I did not intend to renew this program because its performance was not what I expected. It has been difficult to contact this company. I tried on 9/25/16 to e-mail the company but my e-mails were not received. I again tried on 9/26/16 and again my e-mail was returned on 9/27/16 by Mailer-Daemon. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company for a credit I have not used this program because it does perform as expected. It is masked under a different name.
